Preferred Job Description/Responsibility

  • Ensure that the Project activities are properly delivered with maximum efficiency and professionalism to achieve the positive impact and goal of the project
  • Project Management, developing work plan, follow up and monitoring project implementation process.
  • Staff management to ensure effective and efficient project implementation and provide necessary technical support to staff and project.
  • Prepare and ensure all program reports as per guideline
  • Organize and facilitate local and national level events including advocacy and assessment initiatives and ensure participation from relevant agencies and stakeholders.
  • Facilitating visits of all internal and external project visitors
  • Coordinating and ensuring the development of all visibility, awareness raising and advocacy material with the support of Program In charge.
  • Responsible for overall coordination, communication and network building with formal and informal sector stakeholders.
  • Ensure accountability of project implementation at all level.
  • Field visit to ensure implementation to achieve project objectives.
  • Keep Program In charge updated on all necessary and important project processes and issues.
  • Monitoring and Reporting on project implementation progress (narrative) according to project/donor guidelines and regulations.
  • Periodic field visit and communicate with field-based team members to ensure project activities are managed smoothly
  • Any other duties assigned by the management

Job Nature: Full-Time

Educational Requirements: Post Graduation in Social Science/relevant discipline  

Experience Requirements: At least 10 year(s)

Job Location: Savar, Keranigonj and Dhaka

Additional Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ work experience of Project Coordinator/Project Manager in Development Organizations-NGOs
  • Practical experience on project management, implementation, monitoring, supervision, reporting, documentation etc.
  • Good understanding on Project cycle, LFA, TOC, SDGs
  • Excellent Computer skills especially MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet browsing and with Bangla and English Typing
  • Experience on RMG sector and working with worker and trade union will be given preference
  • Ability to work with team and independently
  • Having sound written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work under-pressure, meet deadlines, priorities workload and ‘multi-task’
  • Commitment and understanding of organizational aims, values, principles and policies

  • Ensure that the Project activities are properly delivered with maximum efficiency and professionalism to achieve the positive impact and goal of the project
  • Implement project activities with support of other project team members
  • Ensure organizing different advocacy related events- seminar, workshops, training program etc.
  • Organize and conduction of meeting and workshop with project stakeholders, GOs and internal project staffs
  • Develop work plan in coordination with other team members and ensuring this plan will meet project activities
  • Periodic field visit and communicate with field-based team members to ensure project activities are managed smoothly
  • Coordination and communication with stakeholders, GOs, NGOs, Private Sectors, CBOs, Service Providers and other departments
  • Communicate and develop relationship with the partners
  • Prepare qualitative and quantitative report regularly as per project needs
  • Documentation and record keeping
  • Conduct training sessions according to the project requirement.
  • Ensure visibility of the project
  • Any other duties assigned by the management
  • Perform all activities in guidance with the authority

  • Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for poster, leaflets, banners, newsletters, flyers, festoons, calendar, book cover and other materials.
  • Creating, communicating and presenting design ideas.
  • Special Experience on Clipping Path, Multiple Clipping Path, Image Masking, Photo Retouching, Photo Restoration, Image Enhancement, Color Correction, Object Removing, Creating Various Shadows, Brochure & Catalog Design, Page Makeup, News Paper Ad etc.
  • Dynamic, energetic, hardworking, self-motivated with creative and innovative ideas.
  • Generating graphical content for social media.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
  • High work Ethics & Professionalism.

Educational Requirements:

  • Graduate in any Discipline / Bachelors in Fine Arts
