Bangladesh Labour Foundation (BLF) and Bangladesh Institute of Labour Studies (BILS) have joined forces to chart a Joint Strategic Development Plan for a Just Climate, Energy, and Technology Transition in Bangladesh. This plan puts workers at the center of national and global transformation efforts—ensuring decent work, fair digitalization, and climate justice for all and no one is left behind
We are working to build a sustainable roadmap that:
• Protects workers’ rights during industrial transformation
• Promotes green skills and sustainable employment
• Ensures fair access to digital and renewable opportunities
• Strengthens social dialogue and policy influence for ensuring social protection and resilience
This partnership marks a pivotal step toward inclusive, worker-centered solutions that align with national goals and global commitments.
